Market Master USA is seeking a bold, confident, and articulate Business Development Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent command of English and the ability to confidently engage, manage, and convert clients at an international professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and internationally
- 2Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
- 3Communicate company services and value propositions clearly and professionally
- 4Conduct market research and lead generation activities
- 5Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
- 6Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- 7Meet and exceed assigned business development targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communicator
- Ability to engage clients of international/global standards
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or agency environments is an added advantage
